Wow it has felt like a million years since I have posted a blog! Sorry all! Everything here is going great. The months are just flying by and I only have about 6 weeks left until the big day! Everything with the pregnancy is going great. I have been feeling pretty good, except for being super tired all the time. Good thing I have Ethan to get me out of bed every day, otherwise I might just stay in there night and day. We have talked with the dr, and as long as everything is looking good, and my body is showing signs of readiness to deliver, they are going to induce me the week before my due date. That way Rory can be there and not 45 minutes away from the hospital at work, and also so we can make sure that my parents can watch ethan. Here's a couple pics from our little outing to the local pumpkin patch.
In other eventful news, we have added two cats to our home. We had talked about it for a couple weeks, and then went to the local animal shelter. We were just planning on getting one, but couldn't decide between these two lovies. They are both older, and were rescued from a hoarding house that was in awful condition. Now they are in a very loving home (somedays ethan is a bit too loving though).
Halloween was fantastic. We celebrated the whole weekend; friday, sat. and sunday. Friday night Rory's work had a pumpkin carving party for the employees. Ethan got to dress up, get some goodies, and carve some pretty awesome pumpkins. Saturday, we went to the ward trunk-or-treat and carnival. Ethan was a bit tired, and so didn't get too into it, but he still came out with some goodies, and had fun playing some games. Sunday was trick or treating in our neighborhood. I was pretty surprised because before we took ethan out, i was trying to get him to eat some dinner. While he was sitting at the table, the doorbell would ring, and ethan would have a hissy fit! He would start screaming/crying and run off to his room. I was baffled by his behavior! After grandma and grandpa came over to help pass out the candy, we went out to the houses in the neighborhood. Ethan was such a bum though, if he was given a candy he didn't like, he would try to give it back, and say, "i don't like that". One house, she told him to pick a candy, and he said he didn't like any of them. She said she was sorry, and ethan came up to grandpa and said he was done and wanted to go home. He was a bit grumpy, but then we found out his cousins were just headed out around the neighborhood, so we took Ethan around with the cousins and he had a lot more fun. It's crazy what goes through kids' heads!
So here's a few pics from the last few months!
